Job Summary: The Teller/Customer Service personnel reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for delivering excellent service to customers either at the teller points or the client service desks through efficient, timely and accurate processing of cash, cheque, electronic and other banking and accounting transactions in the Branch. 

Qualification, Competencies and Experience

  • At least a first degree or HND in Banking, Marketing, Accounting or in a related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year’s working experience in cashiering and customer service duties
  • Good communication skills and high personal integrity
  • High level of efficiency and attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good working knowledge in T24 Core Banking application.
