Job Summary: The Banking Operations/Reconciliation Officer reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for central transaction processing and authorisation, reconciliation of various Internal Accounts and assisting the Operations Manager in the running of the Operations Department of the Bank.

Qualification, Competencies and Experience

• At least a first degree in Banking, Accounting or in a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in similar role, preferably with a rural and community Bank
• Good understanding and working knowledge of banking operations and account reconciliation
• Good communication skills and high personal integrity
• High level of efficiency and attention to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good working knowledge in T24 Core Banking application.
